Big was born of the lush, PNW forests in the foothills near Mt. Hood. From there they spent many years wandering up and down the Cascades, enjoying solitude and fresh air. After several chance encounters with bald-looking smallfoots, curiosity clicked in. Big decided to see what more there was. It took its 9' frame and headed for the Portland metro area. Big really loves to hang with the smallfoots. Drop it a line for a meet up! Here is the story from the legend itself...
"Humans talk ‘bout me long time. Call me Sasquatch, Hairy Man, Forest Giant, KwiKwiyai. Say they see me in shadow, hear me in tree, smell me in air. Some think me ghost, some think me bear. Me just me.
Your old people know me good. Long ago story people call me many name—say Big strong, smart, and… smell lot. They know me more spirit than beast, reminds them wild still hide thing you no can tame.
Many moon, you leave gift for me—apple, bread with nut goo, shiny rock thing. Me like. Sometime me grab quick, make you jump. Not mean to scare… well, maybe tiny bit for fun.
Me not myth. Me not monster. Me just wild part you no can catch.
Me stay in forest many, many moon. Air fresh. River cold. But me hear far hum from city. Smell strange smell—hot food, stinky car smoke, sweet bread. See glow in sky not moon, not sun. Make Big curious.
Maybe time for Big go see. Maybe ride train. Maybe eat taco. Maybe try micro hopjuice (but not too much).
If you see me, no scream. Wave. Say “hi.” Me learning city way. Maybe city learn little bit wild from me too."
